Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ClientFlow CRM services operated by ClientFlow CRM Ltd.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClientFlow CRM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the ClientFlow CRM software and related services.
  • "User" refers to the individual or entity that registers for and uses the Service.
  • "Customer Data" refers to any data, information, or material that User provides to ClientFlow CRM in the course of using the Service.
  • "Subscription Term" refers to the period for which User has paid to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Billing and Renewal

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

Customer Data

  • You retain all rights to your Customer Data.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of your Customer Data.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide the Customer Data to us for processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClientFlow CRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CLIENTFLOW CRM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIENTFLOW CRM, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
